About me
My clients have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, The New Yorker, Bloomberg, BBC, Business Insider, The Washington Post, and many other outlets.
My role is to ensure they show up as their absolute best selves when it matters most.
My approach is simple: Every session is tailored to the individual, ensuring that when the cameras are rolling or they step in front of a microphone, they feel confident, prepared, and in control.
Speaking to the media can be intimidating — but with the right preparation, you don’t have to fear it.

My approach
Every engagement is customized, but the core of my media training remains the same: prepare, practice, refine.
Step 1
Prepare
Before we even meet, I do my research—learning about you, your industry, and the key issues shaping the conversation. I come in ready with the types of questions you’re most likely to face, from friendly to tough, because thinking like a journalist is what I do best.
Step 2
Practice
In our session, we’ll go through a realistic mock interview, covering both the expected and the unexpected. You’ll get honest, constructive feedback, and together, we’ll refine your responses until you feel sharp, confident, and in control.
Step 3
Refine
Most sessions take place over video call. And after your interview, I’ll check in to see how it went—because this isn’t just about one conversation, it’s about building a skill set you can use every time you speak to the press.
